Connected health research professor Minna Pikkarainen moves from the CHT centre to Martti Ahtisaari Institute at the beginning of January, 2017. The joint VTT and University of Oulu professorship is funded also by the City of Oulu.
Connected health is a very rapidly emerging area of new innovations, services and businesses world wide.
Minna Pikkarainen's work strengthens Connected health research related collaboration between the Business School and the Faculty of Medical Sciences of the University of Oulu, VTT, the University Hospital of Oulu, the City of Oulu, and health care and well-being companies.
