Hannu Torvinen, a doctoral researcher of marketing at Oulu Business School and one of the Martti Ahtisaari International Doctoral Scholarship grantees, will defend his dissertation on public procurement in the Arina auditorium (TA105), Linnanmaa, on 13 December 2019, at 12 noon.
His opponent will be Associate Professor Morten Abrahamsen from the NTNU Business School, Norway.
