Doctor of Economics and Business Administration Elina Hyrkäs will join Martti Ahtisaari Institute in June.
She earned her doctoral degree at the Lappeenranta University of Technology in 2009, after having investigated competence management in municipalities. She has worked as a researcher in a business service organization and as a project manager at Kerttu Saalasti Institute of the University of Oulu.
At Martti Ahtisaari Institute she will participate in connected health related joint research projects.
