The international Business Analytics Master's program, to be given jointly by Oulu Business School and the Faculty of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering, gained plenty of interest in the January 2021 application round.
As a whole, the altogether 593 study places in twenty-one Master level and three Bachelor level international programs of the University of Oulu interested 2 961 applicants during the January application round. Of these the International Business Management program of Oulu Business School received 383 applications, following the earlier years’ figures as the most popular two-year international Master's program of the whole university.
For the four all new Master’s programs in total 657 applications were received. Out of these the Business Analytics program gained the interest of as many as 275 applicants.
Student selections for the international programs will be made by the beginning of March, and the programs will start in September.
