Referring to the university's decision to switch entirely to distance learning and close its campuses from students on March 18 at least to April 13, in accordance with the guidelines from the Government of Finland, also the institute will arrange its educational activities as distance learning and remote working. This involves especially the executive education. Antti Kauppila, Pirjo Jaukkuri and the respective course teachers will inform about and arrange these.

What comes to the R&D work carried out at the institute, starting on March 18 only important tasks that cannot be done remotely will be allowed on campuses. Therefore, also these tasks will mainly be conducted remotedly, so that the institute's persons will be available through electronic communication and interaction means.
